I always find these beautiful, perfectly symmetrical gardens a very calm place and it’s a favourite with older visitors. Also good for children to learn about plants.
I posted these earlier and I think I’ve identified them as salps. (Please correct me if I’m wrong)
I thought we’d get a nice sunset tonight but it wasn’t to be so we investigated some tiny transparent creatures on the beach. Not sure if you can camp at the section of the beach but you can camp further up.

What a farm girl gets for her birthday 🥳😍
Out for birthday breakfast for my sidekick today. Favourite Emirati chebab for her and shakshouka and Lotus Cappucino for me.
Did you know that RAK Fine Arts Festival 2021 also has exhibits at the viewing deck at Jebel Jais and Marjan Island? #rakfaf21
