How to make legemat (small sweet dumplings)
Ingredients
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 11g yeast
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron
- 1.5 cups full cream Laban

- 2 cups of plain flour
- 11g yeast
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2tsp cardamom powder
- Pinch of saffron
- 1.5 cups full cream Laban
Method:
Mix all ingredients to a dough. Cover, leave out of fridge for at least four hours. You could prepare it the night before or in the morning. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil. Drizzle with dibs (date syrup).
