🛏️ Accommodation

These are resources I use to help me find great places to stay:

🚌 Tours, Events, Tickets and Attractions

    ✈️ Flights

When it comes to booking flights, I’ve found booking direct is best. I haven’t had much luck with Skyscanner showing me the cheapest flights over the last year and I found cheaper flights elsewhere. Trip dot com did show them though and Kiwi can be great for finding cheaper options. The airlines I use most are KLM/Air France, Etihad, Qatar Airways, British Airways and Delta

    • Trip.com – compares fares of all airlines below and more
    • Kiwi – finds the best combination of travel options
    • WayAway – compares flights and fares – check for Emirates, Qatar, BA, etc
    • Etihad – Abu Dhabi national airline

I haven’t flown with Air Arabia yet, but I plan to this year! They fly into Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah airports. We flew Qatar Airways from Sharjah and it was great. Flying in and out of Sharjah was such a breeze! No long check-in times, no long queues, no long walks, no long waits! I’d definitely fly from and to Sharjah again! Emirates and FlyDubai are Dubai airlines.

    🆘 Travel insurance

I’ve used World Nomads for travel insurance when travelling out of UAE. I also use Insurance Market for comparisons. Hala does insurance specifically for visitors to the UAE on a visit visa.

    🚗 Car Hire

Use Discover Cars to compare prices across different companies.

    📱Travel Esim

Airalo eSIMs enable travellers to download and install a digital data pack for over 200 countries/regions and get connected anywhere in the world as soon as they land.

    🛅 Luggage Storage

Radical Storage is great for longer trips and you want to leave some luggage for a few days to make exploring easier.
